Jay brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to New Homes Market Center. Prior to joining the company, he was one of the top buyers’ agents at Keller Williams Realty. This experience in combination with his four years of service in the U.S. Military enables Jay to interact with both clients and suppliers with expert precision and detail. His outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills have enabled New Homes Market Center to expand its network of partners and the services it can offer to clients.

Jay has traveled extensively and has lived in six different U.S. states and in Italy. He attended Louisiana State University and the University of Maryland.

Andi Stephens, Realtor®
VP Operations

Andi brings extensive project management, technology and operations experience to New Homes Market Center. Her expertise in developing best practice processes and standards are critical to New Homes Market Center’s focus on providing efficient, comprehensive services to our clients, and creating the template for the company’s expansion throughout the U.S.

Andi holds an MBA from California State University at San Marcos and a BS from San Diego State University.

Lesa Parham, Realtor®
VP Marketing

With a degree in finance and a proven track record as a real estate professional, Lesa is uniquely equipped to give New Homes Market Center clients an exceptional home buying experience. A licensed real estate agent and a top producing loan officer, Lesa is an expert in not only the financial structure of a new home purchase, but how this purchase fits into the overall long-and short-term financial goals of buyers. This background in combination with her proven expertise in matching clients with the ideal new home gives New Homes Market Center a competitive advantage. Her knowledge of the target audience and new home marketplace positions her well to handle the marketing and advertising aspects of the company. Lesa holds a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.

John Green, J.D.
Corporate Counsel

John previously served as a prosecutor and is currently working as a trial lawyer. He is licensed in the state of Texas and provides legal assistance to our corporation with matters such as business, title, real estate, warranty and construction issues.
